S.H.Overseas (SHO) was founded by a New Zealander and an Australian in 2002, in Dongguan, China, approximately one hour from the Hong Kong/China border. Both have been working in China since the early 1990's. 
 
We specialize in the production of pressed candy and mints, sugar and sugar free, using natural or artificial flavors and colors.
 
Our factory has annual food safety and social compliance audits, all of which are internationally recognized.

We have our own R&D department and produce private label/OEM and promotional/ASI items in a range of food safe packaging options from tin to plastics.

Our main export markets are the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Germany and Holland with additional customers throughout Europe and Asia.
